Scope

This policy describes information used by Zombie Couple Video at zombielove.video to operate its two-photo AI video service.

Information used

• Account information: name, email, login-provider information and session records.
• Uploaded photos, generation requests, task status and output references.
• Credit transactions, orders and payment-provider transaction information. Hosted payment providers handle payment credentials; our order records do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser information, language and referral source.
• Support emails, tickets and attachments you choose to submit.

Processing and sharing

We use information to authenticate accounts, generate videos, keep credit and order records, respond to support requests and operate the service. Photo references are uploaded to configured storage and sent to the configured AI video provider. Authentication, payment, storage, AI and optional analytics providers process information under their own terms.

When configured, product analytics can record template choices, successful uploads, accepted generation requests, observed results, download actions and checkout activity. These custom events use limited product context such as scene, quality, credits and language; they do not include uploaded photo URLs, prompts, email or raw order numbers. Purchase events require a server-confirmed paid credit-pack order and use a hashed transaction identifier. Browser-based measurement may miss events or receive duplicates and does not replace account or financial records. See the cookie policy for browser storage used to reduce duplicate events.

When enabled, Google Tag Manager can load configured analytics tags and receive these limited custom events through the site's data layer. The analytics destination and any automatic page measurement depend on the published container and provider settings. A container being installed does not mean every available tag is active.

Do not upload sensitive documents or intimate images. Account-based access to My Creations does not make every media URL confidential; someone with a usable media link may be able to access it. Do not share upload links unintentionally.

Security and retention

We use authentication and access controls for account functions. No online transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Records and media may remain in application storage and third-party systems for service operation, accounting or applicable obligations. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period or a universal third-party training policy.

Requests and contact

You can update supported profile fields in account settings. For access, correction, removal or other data questions, email support@zombielove.video or use the support options on the contact page and explain the request. We review requests and may need to verify account ownership. A self-service export or complete account-erasure function is not currently promised. This policy does not limit rights that apply under applicable law.
