Agreement and service

Using Zombie Couple Video means you agree to these terms. The zombie couple video workflow uses two authorized photo references and a scene description to re-render and generate a new fictional video. Scene previews illustrate creative directions. Resemblance, movement, timing and creative quality can vary. Scene availability and providers may change.

Accounts and permitted inputs

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Keep credentials confidential and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. Upload only your own material or material for which you have explicit permission from every depicted adult, including permission for the intended AI generation and sharing. Uploading someone else's photos without their consent is prohibited. Do not upload photos of minors or sensitive identity documents. Permission does not authorize content prohibited below.

Content use standards and prohibited categories

These rules cover uploaded material, prompts, generated images and videos, and how outputs are shared. Do not request, create, upload or distribute:

1. Pornography or NSFW content: nudity, sexually explicit or exploitative material, sexualized depictions, or other adult sexual content.
2. Violence or gore: graphic injury, bloodshed, torture, cruelty, threats, or material encouraging violence or self-harm. The zombie theme is limited to non-graphic fictional styling.
3. Hate speech: attacks, dehumanization, discrimination or incitement against people based on protected characteristics such as race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
4. Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization, exploitation, grooming or other abuse or endangerment of minors. This service does not accept children's portraits.
5. Deepfakes or impersonation: deceptive or non-consensual depictions of real people, intimate depictions made without explicit permission, identity misuse, or presenting fabricated speech, actions or events as real. Do not impersonate a person, brand or organization or use generated media as evidence of a real event. Authorized creative outputs must be clearly identified as AI-generated fiction; permission does not allow harassment, sexual exploitation or other prohibited content.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement: unlicensed use of protected photographs, video, music, characters, logos or other works; unauthorized brand representations; or outputs that falsely imply endorsement.

Terrorism, extremist violence, instructions enabling weapons of mass destruction, fraud, harassment, deceptive spam, malware and attempts to bypass safety controls are also prohibited. Identify shared outputs as AI-generated fiction and respect the publishing platform's rules.

Current content review process

The zombie scene generator uses server-controlled presets with adult, non-graphic scene constraints and requires an authorization confirmation. Other supported generation tools may accept their own prompts; the same content rules apply to them.

Generation providers may apply their own safety checks. When a provider rejects a request for content safety, the task is recorded as failed and failed-task credits are returned through the task system. The service does not automatically switch providers to evade that rejection.

The site operator manually investigates reports and suspected violations using relevant task information, submitted material and available results. Reports concerning child safety, severe harm or misuse of a person's identity receive priority. Review is limited to the information needed for the case, as described in the privacy policy.

These are the current controls. The service does not claim that every input and output passes an independent automated media screening system, or that every result receives human approval before display.

Report content or request a review

Anyone can email support@zombielove.video without signing in. Registered users can also submit a support ticket. The contact page explains both channels.

Include the result or page URL, task ID if known, prohibited category, a description of the concern, and a reply address. For a rights complaint, explain your connection to the content and provide relevant authorization or ownership information. Do not attach illegal material, passwords, payment details or unrelated private photos; a link or task ID is sufficient to begin an investigation.

The operator reviews the report, may request necessary clarification, decides what action is appropriate and communicates the outcome when possible. Reporting does not guarantee removal. We handle personal information under the privacy policy and do not promise a fixed response time or round-the-clock staffing.

Violation handling and appeals

Depending on the evidence and severity, the operator may issue a warning, cancel pending generation, revoke active sessions or service privileges, temporarily restrict or permanently end generation access, and remove or disable generated files and links under our control. These are operator actions; the site does not offer an automated account-ban or content-deletion guarantee. Serious or repeated violations may lead directly to termination of service, and unlawful conduct may be referred to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.

We cannot remove copies already downloaded, third-party publications or every provider's retained copy. Billing disputes and applicable refund rights remain subject to the refund policy and mandatory law.

To appeal, email support@zombielove.video with the case or task ID, the decision you are challenging and the reason you believe it is incorrect. The operator will reconsider the decision in light of the information supplied.

Credits and payment

Current products are one-time credit packs. Review the price and generation cost before confirming. New generations consume credits even when they reuse the same photos; subjective dissatisfaction with a completed output is not automatically a failed task. Billing issues are reviewed under the refund policy.

Content and rights

You remain responsible for the rights in your inputs and your use of outputs. We need to process submitted content through service providers to fulfill requests. The service does not guarantee that every output is copyright-protectable, exclusive or cleared for every commercial use. Add only text, music and other material you are entitled to use.

Access and limitations

For account closure or other service concerns, email support@zombielove.video or use support. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or a particular AI result, and liability for indirect losses is limited.

Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected. Material changes may be communicated through the service and an updated revision date.
