How many submissions can one pack fund?
The table assumes a starting balance of zero, one purchased pack and the same quality for every submission. It divides pack credits by the per-submission cost and rounds down. It does not include promotional credits or returned failed-task credits.

Submission capacity is not a promise of satisfactory videos. A completed output can have changing faces, awkward hands or movement you dislike. Another attempt consumes credits even when the photos and template are unchanged, unless the previous task is recorded as failed and its credits are returned.
First-purchase examples
One 720p attempt
With no existing balance, buy the USD 9.90 pack for 50 credits. A 720p submission uses 45 credits and leaves 5. The first purchase is USD 9.90; a proportional credit calculation would not be a separately purchasable single-video price.
Two lower-resolution attempts
The same 50-credit pack can fund two 480p submissions, using 40 credits in total and leaving 10. You could keep your photos and quality fixed while comparing Rainy Reunion with Sunset Reunion. They remain separate generations, and neither result is guaranteed to match its supplied preview.
One 1080p attempt
The smallest single pack with enough credits is USD 19.90 for 105 credits. One 1080p submission uses 80 and leaves 25. The USD 9.90 pack alone is insufficient, even though it is the lowest advertised pack price.
A lower-tier check followed by another quality
One 480p submission and one 720p submission require 65 credits in total. One 480p submission and one 1080p submission require 100 credits. The 105-credit pack can fund either combination. Changing quality starts a new generation; it is not an upgrade of the first file and may produce different faces, motion or timing.
Previewing a scene does not generate your photos
The playable template videos are supplied examples of scene direction. Watching them is different from requesting a personalized output. Do not interpret a supplied preview, concept image or lower-tier option as a free personalized video trial. Review the actual cost in the generator.

Failed-task credits and cash refunds are different
Credits are reserved when a request starts. When a task is marked failed or rejected, the task system returns the reserved credits. Check credit history and the task record before submitting again. A browser interruption does not by itself prove that a remote task failed.
A credit return restores your account balance; it does not reverse the original payment. A completed video you dislike is not automatically a failed-task return. Cash refund requests follow the refund policy and are reviewed separately.
If a failed task's balance has not recovered, contact support with the task ID. For duplicate charges or missing purchased credits, include the order number, charge date and amount. Email support@zombielove.video or open a support ticket, without sending passwords or full payment-card details.
